About It's All Good Here®
Welcome to It's All Good Here®. I'm Elizabeth Crane, the Founder and Chief Vision Officer. For more than 10 years, I was a psychotherapist for people living with end-stage cancer. Their collective experiences taught me how to love life more, focus on the good, and truly pay attention to the wonder in each new day. This site is largely inspired by what I learned from these remarkable people.
Many people struggle at times with painful feelings, self-criticism and discouragement. I have also spent many years experimenting with positive ways to help people feel better. The successful results of those experiments are woven into the fabric of It's All Good Here®.
There's a substantial amount of research in the neurosciences and positive psychology field that shows we can train our brains to help us have much happier and fulfilling lives. We can intentionally create experiences and take actions that literally change the functioning of our brains, which cause us to be more optimistic, happy and engaged in life.
Our site was designed to help you build a more "positive brain" that will help make you more resilient to life's daily difficulties and deeper losses, bring you closer to those whom you care about, and be happier overall. It's my hope that you will use It's All Good Here® to have more happiness, fun, inner well being, and peace in your life.
A Native American legend tells of an old Cherokee Indian who teaches his grandson that inside all people, a battle goes on that is symbolized by two fighting wolves. One wolf represents negativity, anger, sadness, stress, guilt, shame, worry, fear, embarrassment and hate. The other wolf represents positivity, joy, gratitude, peace, hope, fun, inspiration, awe, and most importantly, love.
The grandson thinks about this for a minute, then asks his grandfather, "Which wolf wins?"
The grandfather replies, "The one you feed."
It's All Good Here® was created to help feed your heart, mind and soul with all things good. We hope it will have a wonderful impact on your life and the lives of those whom you love.
