The COVID Quarantine Challenge!
If you are experiencing anxiety from either having to stay in or go out during this time, this Challenge is meant to help reduce your stress, boost your mood, take you on a journey of self-discovery and uplift you during these difficult times!
Times are difficult. Many of you are staying at home and looking for positive ways to fill your time or take your minds off what's happening in the world. You may be looking to refocus your attention on something that will bring you meaning and happiness. Or perhaps you are looking for a moment of reprieve, an opportunity to step back and recharge, so you can step forward again with renewed focus and energy. Being in closed quarters can also cause people to irritate each other more than normal. Others who are going outside for work are very stressed. We'd like to help you get through this time by challenging you to embark on a journey of self-discovery, relaxation, mindfulness and fun!

This Challenge was developed to help you cope with some of the difficult aspects of COVID-19 and to help you thrive in the midst of it!
