Gratitude Versus Negative Attitude Challenge
This is an intense challenge that asks you to be vigilant about monitoring your negative thoughts, and then switching to positive ones instead. The outcome is powerful - it will help you build awareness of how much your mind focuses on worrisome and negative things so you can catch yourself and make a more positive choice. It will also help you build a stronger attitude of gratitude!
In this challenge, as much as possible throughout the day for 21 days, whenever you think of worrisome or negative thoughts, try to catch yourself doing it. When you do, try to think of something you are thankful for instead! The second part of your challenge is to write about this experience for at least two minutes a day in your online Challenge Journal. This challenge will help you become more aware of how often you worry, and help you disrupt the worry habit, and build a habit of gratitude instead.
