Your "5 to Thrive" Challenge is to write five things for which you are grateful in your online Challenge Journal once a week for 10 weeks. Every week you'll write down the things, people or events for which you are grateful. You can write about anything like a friend's kindness to you, something you just learned, a sunset you enjoyed, how healthy you are, how glad you are that you are alive and your loved ones are healthy.
