The "I'm Good" Challenge
Give yourself a shout out! Take two minutes once a week for six weeks to focus on what's good about you. Watch and see what a difference that makes in your self-esteem!
Your challenge is to write what's good about you in your Challenge Journal for at least two minutes once a week for 6 weeks.
What are you grateful for about you? You can write examples or stories about the good in you, or you can write about positive traits that you like about yourself or that others have mentioned about you. You just have to write for at least two minutes.
If you write the same thing more than once, it's okay. What's important is to take just a couple minutes to really FEEL the good in you. Feeling it is the most important part!
Every week you will receive an email reminding you to do your challenge.
