What we have learned from people at the very end of their lives is that they wished they had appreciated the simple things they had in their lives. The best things in life are truly free, though we often don't realize that until it's too late!
This challenge is about taking the time to notice ALL that you have and really appreciating it. If you find yourself thinking about what you don't have, try to bring your mind back to all you do have. When you do, you'll start training your brain to focus on the good, and you'll find yourself feeling a lot better.
