This Challenge will help you learn how to forgive yourself with self-compassion.
It is a 5-day Challenge that focuses on strengthening your capacity for self-compassion while helping you forgive yourself for something for which you may not have been able to forgive until now.
This Challenge was created by LaRae Quy, a previous undercover and counterintelligence FBI agent for 24 years. During her time in the FBI, she exposed foreign spies and recruited others to help the U.S. Government. As an FBI agent, LaRae developed the mental toughness to survive in environments of high stress, risk, and uncertainty.
She also had the experience of strengthening her capacity for self-compassion and self-forgiveness during her time in the FBI. But long before that, she experienced a traumatic situation for which she had needed to forgive herself.
In this Challenge, LaRae will tell you that story and guide you through the steps to forgiving yourself like she was able to forgive herself.
